The Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) is an internationally developed and recognised symbol of digital literacy. Launched in 2002, Certiport’s Internet and Computing Core Certification IC3 has defined the Internet and Computing standards for students for basic computing and Internet literacy worldwide. IC3 certification proves that individuals possess the accepted global standard level of digital literacy, making them more efficient and professionally marketable.
